It looks like a very nice place from the pics......Actually looks like heaven compared to my current living situation....... I love the photo easel idea for the wall.....I love the Pottery Barn Catalog too.....
And totally know what you mean about possibly not finding a picture......I hardly have anything that doesn't have my TigerBoy in it! Luckily I found one......

oh i remember when my house used to be clean like that... and then I had twins. Ha!
I have quite a few places in our house that have frames on the wall like what you showed in the pb catalog... but without the hanger thing. :)

I absolutely LOVE your house. I really wish I had the creativity you have. Then again, I just might if I didn't have a husband who was so cheap and doesn't like to buy stuff we like, just the stuff that is the cheapest.

Your home looks wonderful. And.. yeah.. before I read what you said my first thought was "no way she's on base with that much room!" You sure lucked out. Your curtains look great but I really love how you have plants in your rooms. I'm working on putting greenery here... somewhere.

I've only purchased one thing full price from Pottery Barn in 8 years (Easter Baskets), but I look through EACH & EVERY one for ideas. I love that style and then I shop at garage sales, Goodwill & and clearance.
Now I can see where all your lovely natural light comes from!!

I love your curtains!! I really need curtains in my living room, but can't ever find any that are long enough to go from floor to ceiling like yours!! Great pictures!

Wow your housing is SUPER nice. I'm extremely jealous! Where my boyfriend is currently stationed we have some of the ugliest housing I've seen, its a decent size but the floors are linoleum and the dust boards are plastic downstairs, eww! I really hope we can qualify for off base housing when we get married.

NICE decor.... beautiful!! Funny thing is that I've deciding whether to paint my walls red or just get red curtains... this makes me want to get the red curtains.... I have two other rooms to paint to get the "paint bug" out of me:)

Wow, that is a really nice living area! Our kitchen is kind of closed off from the living room, and I don't like that. The new houses they've built around here are very similar in feel to yours, though. Here's hoping that is the trend in military housing now!
